After Brooksie was lost in a tragic
fire, I bought Metro, a Standardbred gelding. Metro was a great
trail horse. My friend Edy borrowed him for an autumn ride on the
Ellen Ware Road in Brookline with her friend Lisa. |

closed for many years, but was re-opened in 1998. |
