Manhattan Bridge Walk
On September 12, 2004 I joined my friend Bernard Ente
for a walk over the Manhattan Bridge to Brooklyn. The weather
was perfect for photography as you will see in the following images.

As we begin our journey on the south walkway of the Manhattan Bridge,
a NYC Transit subway rolls by. There are four tracks on the bridge.

You will cross over the east end of Chinatown and have wonderful views.

For security, Big Brother will be watching you!

You will cross over the East Side Drive and see lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Lower Manhattan and the EastRiver was teaming with activity from blimps to helicopters to boats.
